Delivery & Shipping Policy

Full Service Delivery

Our delivery services are provided by 3rd party freight and logistics providers that are collected from the closest warehousing and distribution point to the delivery address. This service is adjusted to the weight and size and paid for before or at the time of purchase of your goods. The following terms and conditions apply to all of Digital Signage Direct’s methods of delivery:

If you wish to change the delivery date or address, you must notify our applicable store at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date; andIf you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be liable for a second delivery fee. Digital Signage Direct is not responsible for any damage or delay in delivery due to 3rd party logistics. (we only use quality providers such as Startrack, Air Road and Toll as delivery partners).

Delivery Charges

Digital Signage Direct charges for delivery of goods based on the nominated delivery location and weight of each item. Digital Signage Direct uses various delivery services including Australia Post and commercial couriers. The service used will depend on the type of delivery service required, delivery location and service availability.

Combined shipping of goods may be available on request provided the goods to be shipped are available from the same Digital Signage Direct partnered warehouse and distribution point.

As noted above, Digital Signage Direct does not offer delivery outside Australia, to Australian offshore territories.

The availability of delivery for your goods and cost will be advised to you when you request delivery.

Making Changes to Your Order

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we have a limited timeframe to make changes to it. This means that we may not be able to cancel, update or amend your order once it is with our dispatch team. For this reason, it’s important that all information provided to us by you is accurate. In the event that you have made a mistake and the goods have been dispatched and delivered, you may be able to lodge a return request by contacting our team at info@Digitalsignagedirect.com.au . Please note that additional charges may apply and that we accept no responsibility in such circumstances.

General Delivery Conditions

We cannot deliver to a post office box (PO Box), parcel locker, Locked Bag address or similar service; Our delivery vehicle must be able to park safely within 20 metres of the access point of the delivery location and the delivery address must at all times be safe, clean and free of risk (eg hazards and pets securely restrained). We reserve the right to refuse to deliver if this condition is not met; Delivery times and dates are estimates only and are subject to weather, traffic, postal contingencies, the actions of our agents and other factors, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on the date we arrange with you; We will take reasonable care during delivery, however delivery of appliances inherently carries with it a risk of damage (eg wet or scratched floors, scuffed walls). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage caused to property during delivery, including as a result of our or our driver’s negligence; All deliveries must be accepted at the delivery address by you or your nominee as advised in advance. You or your nominee must be a person at least 18 years of age, have photographic and/or credit card identification as authorised prior to delivery and be able to sign for receipt of your goods.

Digital Signage Direct reserves the right to request the credit card holder to be present at delivery from time to time; The Customer must notify Digital Signage Direct within 24 hours of delivery of any damage to Goods or if the Goods are inconsistent with the Customer’s order. Failing such notice, and to the extent permitted by law, the Customer will otherwise be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If you or your nominee authorised in advance with us is not present at the time of delivery, your goods will not be delivered and an additional delivery charge will apply if the goods need to be redelivered; and Nothing in this document will exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy mandated or otherwise implied by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent there is such a term, it is severed but only to the extent necessary to conform with the applicable law.
